Accessibility statement

PODSET is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Conformance status

This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Core pages are tested against this standard using automated analysis and manual review.

What is in place

  • A visible skip-to-content link is present on every page
  • Keyboard navigation is supported throughout the site; no keyboard traps exist
  • Focus states are visible on all interactive elements
  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer, article, section) structure every page
  • Heading hierarchy is maintained on all pages
  • Images carry meaningful alternative text or are explicitly marked as decorative
  • Colour contrast for all text meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimum ratios (4.5:1 normal text, 3:1 large text)
  • The site does not rely on JavaScript for core content access
  • Reduced-motion preferences are respected via prefers-reduced-motion
  • Core pages are tested with axe-core automated accessibility analysis on every deployment

Known limitations

As new content is published, individual records may not immediately carry the same level of accessibility review as the core platform. Issues identified during content review are corrected promptly.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this website, contact hello@podset.co with a description of the issue and the relevant page URL. We will respond and address the issue.

Technical approach

This website is built as a static site. All content is delivered as standard HTML. Client-side JavaScript is used only for search and interactive navigation elements; it is not required to read any published content.
